What happens when I reach the limits of the free plan?
If you reach the limit on dynamic QR codes, BioLink pages, or other tools, you can upgrade to the Premium plan anytime to unlock unlimited access.
Can I try Premium before paying?
Yes. You can try all Premium features free for 7 days. No risk, no commitment.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, and your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
Will my QR codes stop working if I cancel Premium?
Your static QR codes will continue to work as usual. However, dynamic QR codes rely on our service to function, so we cannot guarantee how long they will remain active after your Premium plan is cancelled. To keep full access to your dynamic codes, including editing and analytics, we recommend maintaining an active subscription.
What's the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
Static codes are fixed and can't be changed after they're created. Dynamic QR codes let you update the content later, and also include scan tracking.
Is my data safe and private?
Yes. We don't store personal tracking data or share your information. Your codes and content remain private and secure.
